Frame shaft disc filter is a new structural serialized product for fiber recovery and filler from white water or pulp thickening. lt belongs to continuous rotary filtration equipment.
Frame shaft disc filter belongs to continuous rotary filter equipment. The fan-shaped plate has a wider filtrate passage with small flow resistance, allowing higher filtration flow rate.
Filtration mesh is a plug-in structure (polyester mesh or no filtration mesh), which is easy to replace.
Frame shaft type rotor arm has a stirring function to prevent the pulp from agglomerating in the tank, thus it allows a higher inlet concentration (0.5-3%) and a built-in large discharge open. Screw will never lead to the pulp piling phenomenon.
Liquor level difference between the inside and outside of the fan-shaped plate is used as the filtration power, and vacuum is not required.
It is compact and highly efficient with no installation height limit, saving construction fund.
High automation, centralized remote control, easy and reliable operation, and easy installation.
Small area occupied, low energy consumption, high yield and high safety
Large-scale production can be met for modern paper enterprises
